STORY OF THE JUDGE BAO – Bao Zheng (999-1062) is a judge and renowned statesman in the Northern Song Dynasty. Because of his honesty he earned the nickname, which means Bao Bao Qingtian the blue sky, a name of praise for the clean official. His enemies called him Heizi Bao Bao, which means the black because of his dark skin color. The name of honor is Xiren.
Bao was born in a family of scholars in Luzhou (now Hefei, Anhui province). Life was originally much affect his personality.
